Meet The Team

As well as spending his young working life on various building sites (as well as a brief time as a deep sea trawler fisherman), Karl has worked for a series of high street banks with over 15 years experience in property finance at all levels from SME’s to Large corporate bodies. Karl has developed a wide network of contacts in the Yorkshire and Humber area and is perfectly placed to understand the pressures faced by the construction industry and related businesses.

During this time Karl also studied at university eventually graduating with an MSc  in Project Management. Karl has also has a paper published on the topic of ‘negotiation in business’, this led to a  lecturing post for a short period on a part-time basis at Leeds Metropolitan University.

Karl is now determined to focus his efforts on uniting and coordinating the diverse construction sector to ensure that it is given access to the opportunities that are all too few as well as the latest relevant information that will assist all to improve their respective balance sheets.

Lcomes to the CSN with over 7 years industry experience having previously worked in both the Construction and Civil Engineering sector in a wide variety of business support and development roles.

It is Liz’s job to ensure key operational activity such as finance, marketing and communications are carried out smoothly and efficiently as well as providing additional support for CSN projects and initiatives.
